As Nebraskans, our lives are connected to the land, water, and air– how we treat them impacts our health and livelihoods. That is why Nebraska Conservation Voters works to engage and connect voters with policymakers to pass policy that reflects conservation values.
Community
Building community is at the center of our work. We are always working to form relationships with communities and learning more about their local conservation concerns. Through community listening sessions, socials, and educational events, NCV is there to listen and inform Nebraskans on how to take action on important conservation issues.
Democracy
NCV works to help Nebraska voters navigate our state’s civic process to connect with their elected officials. Whenever the need for public input arises, we host events such as testimony workshops and letter-writing events. At these events, we share information on the policy or cause and encourage individuals to write their comments.
Advocacy Campaigns
Our campaigns are prompted by the need to protect our state’s natural legacy for Nebraskans of today and future generations.
