Meet around 10:30 AM | Locations throughout the city
Mode Shift Omaha is leading group rides to Elmwood Park from multiple meet-up points throughout the city! Groups are leaving from the following locations around 10:00/10:30 AM to get to Earth Day Omaha by about 11 AM:

11 AM–1 PM | Check in at the Elmwood Park Pavilion
KEEP OMAHA BEAUTIFUL
Help clean up Elmwood Park for Earth Day to create a healthier, safer park for everyone. Check-in between 11 AM–12 PM at the KOB tent near the pavilion. Supplies will be provided, including trash bags, recycling bags, gloves, and a limited number of litter collection tools. No advance registration is required.
Groups will be directed to various locations to ensure safe social distancing. For the safety of all participants and staff, masks are required while at the pavilion check-in table. METRO OMAHA TOBACCO ACTION COALITION
Our parks are not currently tobacco-free. Help clean up Elmwood Park by picking up tobacco litter. Visit MOTAC’s booth by the pavilion to take part in the tobacco-free parks photo challenge and win a frisbee! 12:30 PM | Check in at the Elmwood Park Pavilion
Witness a new tree being planted at Elmwood Park and see how it’s done from the experts. Diana Failla with The Urban Bird & Nature Alliance will lead this demonstration. Please wear a mask and practice social distancing!
 
/////////// Earth Day Yoga ///////////
1–2 PM | Find us in the grass!
Practice yoga in the great outdoors! Lora McCarville with Yoga Rocks the Park will be guiding an all-ages session where you can connect with the Earth and community. Bring your mats!
Social distancing will be enforced. Groups will need to set up at least six feet apart.

Join Conservation Nebraska & UNO’s Office of Sustainability to gain a deeper understanding of current conservation topics while relaxing amongst the trees. BYOH (hammock, lawn chair or blanket)
